Strange frame

In every icon or program the OS shows me a black frame  what can i do to fix it? thanks! |

Can also toggle this on and off with Command + F5 I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth. In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus. |
