No, but you can take a picture of the screen that will appear as a file on the desktop

(Command)⌘ Shift 4 = Select to Capture to png. Leopard shows measurements by the curser.
⌘ Shift 3 = Capture screen to png. ⌘ Shift 4 then press space-bar = a shot of a single window & drop shadow The pngs are put on the desktop. Use control at the same time and both just copy to clip board. Check the Utility Grab for more Options. Have fun. ~ 15" MacBook Pro. OSX 10.7 ~ 3G iPad 2 ~
