Formating os x

Hey

I am about to format my os x partition, but i am curious if i will loose my bootcamp with windows installed to. Or if it will stay untouched.

The Windows partition will remain untouched unless you specifically erase the entire hard drive or re-partition it.

Having said that, it's always prudent to make a backup before messing with your hard drive. Also, why do you have to format your OS X partition? If you have some problem or issue with OS X, perhaps we can assist. Formatting should be the very last resort.
