any ideas how to make apple remote desktop / screen sharing / or any 3rd party solutions.... do this?

when i use my macbook 13" to share screen/remote desktop into my 27" imac... i have only 2 visible options... shrink everything down (bad) or scroll around (also bad).....
in windows (i use both).... it just resizes the windows to the remote client's screens... this is what i'd like to happen with mac.... automatically....

any suggestions?
QUOTE Thanks
