Hi, is there any way to change the audio input to be the sound card itself? So for example, if I were to be video chatting or screen recording, the sounds from my computer would be played as if it came from a mic or something like that.

I've tried Soundflower, and it's good, but I want to be able to hear my own sounds. So I looked up having multiple output devices and creating an aggregate device and all that, but I can't get any of that mess to work.

So I'm wondering if I could just simply make the audio input the sound card itself, keeping the output intact. I'm running 10.6.3 on a Mac Mini.

Thanks
