Error message using disk utility

While running permissions, I ran into this message when it finished:
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.
Drop me note @ email@example.com if anyone can tell me if this can or doesn't need to be fixed. Also, how does not fixing it effect the OS.
