while I was using iweb it frozen, I force quit and opened again.
It is opened but I cant see the program, although it is opened in the menu bar and can show inspector and color (from view menu) but not the main program itself.
I tried to fix permissions but no luck.
please help.

Do you see an entry named "iWeb" under the "Window" Menu Item?
If so click on it and see what happens.
