Can anyone tell me if it is possible to transfere data from my old Windoze PC running XP to my new iMac running Snow Lepeord please?

One of the thing I want to transfere is my address book with too many contacts to manually input. The files are '.wab' format.

John.
Now I know what it's for it either wore out or fell off!

Clay, that looks like just what I have been looking for thank you.

It's near midnight here and my head is yelling bed, so I will check that one tomorrow. Thank you again!
