macbook bootcamp shortcut keys

i just installed windows xp pro using bootcamp, i used 32gb partition, choose FAT and its seems to work. ecept the volume, brightness and eject keys dont work, i could get it on internet and i think it may boot windows on default start up(but that might be cause the disc was still in).

should have used NTFS over FAT?
also i didnt use my install discs for my mac during

That's your problem. You need to insert your install DVD (Leopard, Snow Leopard) after XP is installed so that Windows drivers from the disk can be installed.
