So I've opened up disk utility. When i try to choose the disc (cdrw) and go to the erase pane there are no options available to me. However, if I click on the actual optical drive (pioneer cd/dvd...) it gives me the option to erase the "optical disc". Is this how I erase the disc in the drive? Erasing the "optical drive" sounded scary, so I just wanted to confirm that this is the proper process. TIA
