Question. In some of the screen shots I've seen album artwork on the lower left hand side. How do you do this? New user be nice.

There are four tabs on the bottom left.

Click the right little box that looks like an eject button.

If you're talking about the people that have it just on the base desktop (i.e. not in the itunes window) it's a program. There are lots of options to do it.
