I have been trying to set up a simple home network to connect my Mac to an old PC for file storage. My problem is that I can connect and get files from the PC, but can't write files to it from the mac. Basically it seems to be a permissions problem.
Does anyone know of a way to fix that? Is it the PC or the Mac that is the issue? From what I've read, I can't access security permissions on my PC because its XP Home Edition, not pro. But I can't see why I cannot make it write files somehow. Any suggestions??? |
