Passwords and keychain

I have a new operating system in my IBook. How can I turn off the keychain or whatever it is that asks for a password every time I logon or want to use anything like mail and Safari?

I don't think there is an option to do that, but there is a simple method to get around it. If you aren't concerned about anyone else using you computer, just go into system prefs and set the master password to nothing. Don't type anything into the box, then click ok. Now, when the system asks for the password, all you have to do is hit enter
