Now after tampering with my computer for a little bit I found that I needed to reformat it in order to tamper with it again (The proper way ;-) )
After backing up my HD through Time Machine I prepared to reinstall OS X. When on the screen to install onto what drive, it gave me a message displaying something like this: "Mac Hard Drive (Selected) Cannot install onto this drive." Do I go onto the Disk Utility, erase the entire hard drive and all of it's partitions then try the OS X installation again? I do not want to start before knowing for sure what will happen. |
