Not sure if this will help but it worth a try,
Go to Logitech Control Center for Macintosh® OS X and click download at the bottom of the page.
After the download is finished, install it and open system preferences and click on the Logitech Control Center icon at the bottom. Make sure your controller is plugged in first when opening system preferences or it might not see it at first.

It also appears this controller was never made for mac so nothing may work.
You may just have to buy yourself a controller that is mac compatible.
Also try, USB Overdrive - device driver for Mac OS X

Hi, tried to got it working on a mac too with no luck. if it stays plugged in during restart, it starts working for like 2-3 seconds and then is stops. However, this gamepad is still visible in my system if I go to system profiler...

Don't have a single clue to why this happens. will try usb overdrive today to see if it works.
