What is the point of this thingy? All it does is launch safari to the Apple website that tells me to buy tiger? Am I right? Is it the most useless thing ever or should I have not gotten rid of it?

it can be used to set bookmarks
if u go into your book makrs in safari and then drag one to the spot toward the trash ti will save a bookmark on ur dock...
