After updating my MacBook to Snow Leopard, watching movies on TV via a VGA adapter, has turned the TV screen to Black and White.
Also the resolution on my computer screen is weird now. I have to stretch out some application windows when I first open them.
And when I hook up to the TV with my VGA adapter, the display resolution get's all out of wack. I've tried to find a res that fits my screen without much luck. Help

Some of it could be a TV problem.

Hey had a similar problem too. I fixed mine by going to System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement tab then at the bottom left side unclick "Mirror Displays." From there I then basically played around with the display configuration on the TV. With getting rid of the "mirrored display" effect, you should now be able to plug in your macbook without it changing the resolution. Hope that helped.

If my advise helped, please leave positive feedback
