Ok. So several times I have re-installed the Lexmark printer software, and I am getting 2 errors.
The first is saying that the colour table is missing, and I need to re-install the software, and the second is something along the lines of "firewire error/applications/library.kext file" missing"

It works fine on my laptop and Leopard, but not on SL on the iMac.
Lexmark have no new drivers on the website, but the last 2 software updates from Apple have supposedly installed new drivers for Lexmark, though I can't find them anywhere on the system.

If anyone has any idea's on this I'd be grateful, because I'm stumped for once!

At the moment I'm having to use a USB stick to swap things to the laptop for printing!!

Bad bad news about Lexmark and their IT folk and driver updates mate. They are absolutely hopeless. When Tiger was released, the US web site advised drivers for my Lexmark were available for Tiger, however my All in One simply would not work and repeated entreaties to Lexmark IT folk in India went absolutely nowhere.

I threatened legal action as selling the printer here in Australia makes it meet consumer regulations. Eventually they admitted there were no Tiger drivers, they had simply added OS X.4 to the download's wording without ever checking. Pleased to say with the launch of Leopard everything did work, but that is no good to you Kevriano. I wish you well in your ongoing battle.

Never again will I purchase or recommend a Lexmark article.

Yeah. Thing is it was ok before I updated to 10.6.2, so I guess that may be the issue.
Maybe I'll have to do a reinstall of SL to solve it, and leave the update.
