so a friend of mine bought a macbook, but the girl who had it before didn't include the backup disks or anything. also, we cant figure out the password to change settings, and the seller is out of contact.

so my question is, is there a way to wipe the old passwords and reset them without the backup disks?
QUOTE Thanks
