buttons are all wrong

the sound (f12) button brings up dashboard f11 brings up the thing were you chose the window and all the rest dose weird stuff. i must have done something but i don't know what can you help me set it back i have a macbook

Mac Specs: 2008 and 2011 15" mbps, late 11 iMac, iPhone 4s, and too many ipods and other stuff

Dysfunction is offline
Yes, go into System Prefences, Keyboard and uncheck "Use all F1, F2 etc as standard function keys"
