Hello. I wanna start doing development for the iphone/itouch and i know you require a licence etc etc for the SDK but also you need a mac too. So i thought could i use the latest "snow leopard" under VMWARE and would it be ok under my laptop. I've got a decent laptop, its a sony vaio 2Ghz dual core but it's got an ATI hd3450 card and i know OSX doesn't support this, but would it still be ok under vmware? If i know its going to work i'm going to purchase a copy of snow leopard as i'm dying to play with the accelormeters within the ipod:-D.

As per section 2A of the OS X EULA, "You agree not to install, use or run the Apple Software on any non-Apple-branded computer, or to enable others to do so". You won't be getting any help here with installing OS X on a non-Apple computer.

'nuff said. Thanks vansmith.Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
