How much space does the OSX Snow Leopard and the iLife apps take up on a hard drive? Thanks

Mac Specs: 17" MacBook Pro, 2.5 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, not unibody
I'm not sure about iLife '09 (only have '08) but Snow Leopard takes up 5-6 GB on your HD. If you are upgrading from Leopard, that frees up about 6-7 GB on your hard drive.

Your mileage may vary. MacWorld reports a gain of just under 2GB. That's just on one computer. They claim that you won't see the 6GB gain unless you had a full version of Leopard installed, including all printer drivers.
