OS 10.6 - password problem

I put on a main password.....and forgot it

Now I cant install anything. Cant some1 suggest something?

Except perhaps illegal hacking tools (which we can't discuss here anyway) I think you're out of luck.

What do you mean a 'main' password? If firmware protection password you have BIG BIG problems. If administrator password just boot from your install disc, and change the password.
