OS 10.5 - All my files on my Macbook have the same time

this is very strange. the time on the top right corner is correct, but all my files including my emails have a time between 19:00 to 19:59. none less,none more. I figured it could be the clock setup, but it is not. the date is fine

HELP please, i cant seem to find an answer elsewhere

Well from the no response, i get it that either my question is not clear or no one has an answer.
if i go on my finder, in the date modified column, all the files are saved under the same time bracket (between 19:00 and 19:59) but with different dates.
the clock on my macbook is correct
