10.3.9 problem

I was upgrade to 10.3.9, but I found Java module have problem. The problem is Java Web service can't launch now. And my jave based BT client azureus also quit when i want to run it.
I read the log information and it looks swt crash always.

Any other one face the same thing? And how to deal it?

I see the security update has been removed and a new one added into the 10.3.9 update.
