Well what do you guys think are my options at this point? Hardware test says everything is fine. I have replaced hard drives in pc's before. Is it any different on a iMac? To be honest I have never opened one up before.

Update: it might be ok now. I just did another drive repair and it seems to be working perfectly. For now. I will let my girl use it all day while I watch football. If it's going to slow down again it will happen when she is on. She messes everything up.
