OS 10.4 - Quark XPress PowerMath XTension

I just received a file that used the PowerMath XTension (document was created in 4.0). I am using Quark XPress Passport 6.1 and Quark 8.12. Neither application will allow me to open the file because I do not have the PowerMath XTension. I have been looking for the XTension but cannot find it. Can anyone help me to resolve this problem?
