Changing color of title bar buttons

Does anyone know how to change the color of the title bar buttons at the top of each window. I'm not too fond of the red, yellow, and green.

if you look at the official desktop customization thread here in the forum, you'll see that many of us have changed the color, and in some cases, the shape, this requires an app called Shapeshifter by unsanity software . its a very cool theme changing software.
