Creating a hotkey to disable screen sleeping

When I am watching hulu online, or any other flash, the screen dims, then sleeps.
I know there is a way to change this in energy saver but I am wanting to set it up to a hotkey.
I am assuming this is going to take an application as it is not a hotkey you can add in the keyboard prefpane.
Any suggestions on how to go about this?

have a look at this if you want to try applescript, or at least applescript was what I thought could do the trick
Apple - Support - Discussions - Changing Energy Saver prefs with ...
looks like in the end they end up using pmset ... anyway, it should work for you
or you can try this:
Suspend Energy Saver 0.2 « Tumbleseed
just a quick google, not my work
