The blue highlight over Shutdown is it possible to move the highlight to restart and then use 'Enter' to select it? Like in Windows you can Tab or shift-Tab between the options like 'Cancel' and 'Ok 'etc etc.

or you could do Ctrl+Option+Command +Eject Key and shut down that way, the same keystroke minus the Ctrl key to sleep. I wonder what how one would restart with a keystroke...

But then how about the other options that other Apps give. Yeah It's great to have individual keystokes for everything but how to you (Windows term) Tab though the options?
I was only using the Power option window as an example.
I can't seem to move any of the Bluehighlights anywhere.

easy, control+F2, then use the arrow keys in the apple menu. to do this, full keyboard access must be enabled.
