I have an iMac that i configured with individual user accounts for each member of my family. My daughter is no longer able to log into her account. It's not a password issue - she simply gets a blue screen before it goes back to the list of user accounts. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a solution?

Insert your Leopard install disc and boot off it. One of the drop menus allows passwords to be changed - use that to change her password to a new one and that should sort it. _ Ooops reread the post - wrong answer

Hello Londonburns,
I have the same problem with my own account.
Did you solve the problem?
Could you tell my how, please?
Regards.

Some glitches just remain mysteries. Not what you want to hear, but that's just the way it is. If you find some really, really smart computer geek, maybe you can get to the source of the problem. Sometimes certain things don't play nice with each other (not as common as it once was). It can be a process of elimination, trial and error. If you have lots of third party software, the testing could take a long time. Get rid of anything you don't use anymore, for starters. Use uninstall, if available.
