OS 10.5 - sharing mailbox

I am an oil field worker and I have a back to back to replace me when I leave. Right now we are opening a new project and I need tobe able to share my mailbox with him. Though he is an ignoramus...(he still uses PC), I on the other hand have access to all the mac quirks.

I have a family pac with mobilme and I have one address avail to me.

How can we share one of my mail box. I do not mind giving him my password for mobilme, we have been friends for 30 years

my wife and I share one mailbox. we have been friends for 43 years.
