After the last update again i have connection problems.
First of all i don't have a wireless connection, so no airport issues with me ![]() In Safari (also camino or FF) the pages won't load (or keep hanging at for example 90%) and i constantly have to refresh the pages to be able to view them. Most of the time it works after 1 or 2 attempts. Downloading a small movie or picture, same result. Sometimes it starts downloading and than it keeps hanging until i cancel and try again and it does the job. This happens from time to time in Mail.app too. Downloading email and suddenly it's at 0kb. Relaunch Mail and no problems. Same issues in the built-in browser from Netnewswire for example. So i can say it's not an app related problem. I did a combo update (not thru software update), made a new connection, Applejack, repaired perm.,cache cleaning, openDNS, ... nothing works. This is the 2nd time i have trouble with an update, i guess i will stay away from them in the future ![]() Hopefully someone with a brilliant Mac-brain can help me. I own a iMac 24", 4gb ram, adsl modem (NO WIRELESS) Dave |
