OS 10.5 - 10.5.8 Snow Leopard Update...?

ok so i was told AND HEARD from MANY sources that the Snow Leopard will be for INTEL ONLY! now i got an update, i checked into its authenticity (it checked out). and upgraded... computers running like a horse as usual ^.^

but what is the deal with the 10.5.8 on G5 now? my grandma was even told this new one was for Intel.

PS i a not complaining just asking XD

10.5.8 is still Leopard. Snow Leopard is being released in September and will be 10.6. I think you have got them mixed up

Yeah, but not everyone was a WWDC or whatever it's called and some people find out somehow and get shocked. We should have a sticky on SL.
