I have a few questions if anyone could help.

I read the requirments for the os x panther, but I just wanted to know if anyone with the knowledge or exp. could tell me if it would run fairly on an ibook g3, 640mb, 30gig hd

And also is there a way to change the system font?

It'll run pretty good...as long as you got 512 RAM you shouldn't have problems. I'm running 10.3.8 on a 233MHz imac w/256 RAM and it rarely beach balls.

TinkerTool should change it for you..

Thanks, I also forgot to mention that my ibook also has 600mhz, so maybe it;ll run ok.

Right now I'm running 10.1.5 and it seems kinda unsturdy and slow, I'm just wondering if panther(even though newer) is more optimized and speedy.

Server settings:

Pop.gmail.com
stmp.gmail.com

Enter your username and password and you should be done.

Works for me at least...

I've tried everything trying to make it work with my mail, no luck.

10.1 is giving me a lot of trouble, can't wait until my friend finds his panther os x install cd.
