ok i just bought a new macbook pro (13" model) from apple for college. I played around with all the cool apps on it for the first day or so but then i decided to try and switch all my music from my vista desktop to my mac laptop this hasn't been working well at all. i have a portable hard drive that i saved me 15gb or so of music and then i attached the hd to my mac. I drag the content of the folder(via selectall copy paste) to the itunes music folder in my docs..I keep gettin this error that says "the operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items", then a random assortment of my songs are left in the folder and only a certain amount of them actually make it into itunes (a very small amount) not to mention it stops the copy progress ball and grays out the red and green buttons at the top, so i cant close it watsoever.
ps. all my songs are from albums or mixtapes ive uploaded, i have very few itunes songs and shouldnt have any of them in the music folder im discussing
