OS 10.4 - .home address instead of IP address

Mac Specs: Mac Mini G4, 1.33GHz, 512MB RAM, 40GB monitor

puffpet is offline
I activated the Personal Web Sharing option on Tiger. Instead of the link below it showing my IP address, it showed a link that was my computer name ending in .home (baileys-ibook.home). How do I get it to host on my IP address?
