Alright so my family just left yesterday on a two-week excursion through Europe. Their first day there I was trying to instruct my sister over Facebook chat how to setup an iChat account on her Mac. She wasn't following along very well so I was wondering if there was any possible way to utilize screen sharing over long distances without the use of iChat? I'd like to just swoop in and take care of it for her but I don't know how as of yet. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It's a secured remote support app like GoTo MyPC or WebEx but it is free to personal use practices.

How it works,...
