OS 10.5 - Missing display font

Ok....this font has been missing for about a year now, and it's time to fix it...but how?

I obviously deleted a basic display font, and don't know what it's called or exactly where to download a new one and install it.

Can you help?

Screen capture is attached.

Words "City" and "State" are the missing fonts I'm talking about.
