Hi,

I have HD video files with .mpg file extension. These files of around 500mb and larger cause finder to freeze completely. I dont try to open the files, i just highlight them and it still causes finder to freeze. To carry on I have to relaunch finder. I can open the files if I try to open them though a program like VLC or Plex, but if i want to change any information about them, i.e. the file name i cant.

Any help would be very much appreciated!!
QUOTE Thanks
