Hi,

When I am trying print a word document as an iMac workstation user. The Word 2004 application quits unexpectedly. But, the document prints through HP LaserJet 2015dn. Is it software bug on Word 2004 or file/folder permission error? How can I fix this problem? I have varified/repaired the disk permission and disk. Still no improvements.

Shreya

Do you get any error messages? Any dialogs pop up?

There must have been something else. Are there any error logs?
