Wman is on a distinguished road

Wman is offline
On my powerbook G4, I've assigned the F12 key for spaces (as it is one of the two unassigned keys on powerbook keyboard), but I use it on my desk with a stand and I have the new iMac keyboard (the wired one that's smaller and has no numeric keypad). The two unassigned keys on that keyboard are F5 and F6, and F12 is the volume ^ button.
To my great pleasure Leopard differentiates between the two keyboards and If I press F12 on my external keyboard I get volume and F12 on my internal keyboard, I get spaces. How do I set it so when I press F5 / F6 on my external keyboard I'll get spaces, but I'll still get Volume ^ / num lock on my internal keyboard.
-thx for listening to my strangely complicated question

Have no fear. Wman is here!...or something...
QUOTE Thanks
