OS 10.4 - Keyboard shortcut: switch between active application windows?

Is there a keyboard shortcut on OS X that allows the user to switch between all the active windows of an application? Ie, switch between different Word documents open on screen.

cmd + ` (the key next to left shift) switches between different windows within an application.
