OS 10.5 - hide folders from showing in stacks?

I have some folders in the documents folder that I DO NOT want to show up in the documents stack. Does anyone know how to change settings to make this happen?

For instance: in the documents stack, there's a folder called MS User Data that I don't want to appear in the documents stack.
