A while back I was trying to find a way to hide apps and came across an article that I can no longer find. It demonstrated a method, using the terminal, which I used to hide Safari. I was unsuccessful in changing it back. While I now have a later version of Safari that works fine, the old version still appears as shown in the attached screen shot and nowhere else on my computer that I can find. I would like to delete this older version.
While this situation is unpleasant, I have at least learned not to mess with the terminal again after this, without a half decent understanding of how to use it. I appreciate any help with resolving this issue. Thanks. |
