I updated some Apple software tonight at Apple's insistance. Now I will be in any program and the finder keeps bringing itself up front every minute. I might be in Safari, for instance, and all of the sudden the screen switches to the desktop, almost every minute. It has done it twice while I've meen typing this.
Any suggestions. As for the programs that were upgraded, they are... 2009-02-23 23:41:22 -0500: Installed "QuickTime" (7.6) 2009-02-23 23:43:09 -0500: Installed "Safari" (3.2.1) 2009-02-23 23:43:13 -0500: Installed "Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 8" (1.0) 2009-02-23 23:45:07 -0500: Installed "Security Update 2009-001 (PowerPC)" (1.0) Now, every time I try to do a search in the Finder, it now jumps back to Safari, and the search cancels out. I am a 20 year Mac user and have never had this happen. Help! RouxBDoo |
