deleting stored email addresses

Does anyone know how to delete stored email addresses in Mail?

Type so the address appears and tab to complete it. Then mouse over the little arrow on the right end of the address and click. In the pull down menu *remove address* is in the list

Is that in Panther? I'm still using 10.2.8.
