I've got an IMac running OS 10.4. I successfully connected to G4 Power Book using Go > Connect to server.

Then I shutdown both machines. When relaunched my IMac, I lost all my user settings and preferences. The real killer for me is that I lost all my Firefox bookmarks. (yes I know I should have backed em up!)

Is there any way to recover the bookmarks or any of the other settings.

There is only one user profile on my machine.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

thanks.
