Hello.
I've encountered a problem with Motion Pictures HD (additional piece of software bundled with Toast 7). There is a bug which means that the program crashes with later editions of QT.
The bug was fixed it seems, but it only works with Toast 8 and later.
So I've downloaded a copy of QT 7.12, but I can't install it because, I'm told, 'I have a later version already on my machine which is an Intel iMac.
I thought that dragging the existing QT file (in applications) to Trash would effectively get it off my machine.
The question therefore is: How do I uninstall QT 7.6 so that I can install the earlier version?
Thanks, Mitcherooney
