MacBook Pro - Wierd Font Showing Up

im on a macbookpro and fonts keep coming up like this:

does anyone know why?
its makes me really hard to read webpages since i cant see the words...

trash your Helvetica Fractions font. then run disk utility and verify/repair permission. that should do it.
